We felt awards started to lack real value and trust. They seemed to be here one day and forgotten the next, and had lost the authority and attention the winners had hoped for.
So, we built a new one. Created by over 1,000 People leaders and turned into one of the most connected People & Talent communities in the UK.
Aspiring cultures needed a stand out recognition.
Culture 100 started out with the belief of reimagining what an award should be. It should be totally transparent, clean, story-driven, and content-heavy.

What is an award fee?
Applying is completely free, so you can put your company forward with zero risk and no cost, even if you don’t win. The award fee only applies to the 100 winning companies.
Our panel, who’ve entered countless awards themselves, wanted to remove the usual risk for companies. No one should have to pay just to have their entry go nowhere.
The award fee helps power everything that comes after. The content, major press, and all media kits that support the winners for the entire 12 months. It’s the only fee ever due, with no hidden costs or surprises down the line. We truly believe it’s a nominal fee in terms of value, and together with the panel and Nielsen, we’ve worked tirelessly to keep the cost as low as possible without losing the impact the award brings to winning companies.
